Spano’s Pizza & Bistrot in Province of Gallura North-East Sardinia

"Food was absolutely delicious, we tried a couple of the pasta dishes (1 meat, 1 seafood) and a couple of the pizzas. Pizza came out really quickly and could see them being made fresh in the restaurant, pasta also came out really quickly. Restaurant itself is a bit small for the amount of people so it was quite loud and difficult to have a conversation, the bell for service also kept ringing and was a little annoying. However, portion size was great and would recommend visiting as the food was really good."

The restaurant caters mostly for locals, but foreigners who show an appreciation for the culture and cuisine will love it here! "Very nice restaurant with nice, helpful staff. Location is great, central in a very lively area with lots of other shops nearby. We had pizza, we tried "Weldo" and "la Sarda" both very tasty and cold beer from Sardinia. For dessert we had a tiramisu. Service was excellent, we didn't wait at all for our food and drinks. I recommend it and I would gladly go again"

"You have to make a reservation for it, but than you can have your best gluten free pizza ever at Spano’s. I certainly did. We ate here tree times during our time in Sardinia, and if we’ll have the chance, we’ll definitely return. If you don't get through on your first try with the reservation for the gluten free version, it's worth trying again, because sometimes the answer depends on who picks up the phone."

"Delicious food with quick, friendly service. Highly recommend. The Wild Boar tagliatelle was incredible, pizza very good too. Good atmosphere outside and inside, as we moved inside when it became slightly cold. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly."
